Rules

1. Terms overall info

1.1.   These regulations are binding on the Latvian National Museum of History (hereinafter referred to as LNMH), registration number 90000076673, address Pulka iela 8, Riga, LV-1007, e-mail: pasts@lnvm.gov.lv, telephone: +371 67223004, and to all users of the LNMH online store at https://biletes.lnvm.lv (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store).

1.2.   A user who uses the Online Store to purchase tickets or goods may be a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).

1.3 By using the Online Store and making a purchase, the Buyer agrees to these terms and conditions, the LNMH Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Event Attendance Rules.

2. Purchases and distance agreement

2.1. Purchases can be made by entering contact information, registering, or logging in to the online store.
2.2. Tickets or items in the shopping basket must be paid for within 10 (ten) minutes of being added. Payment is made via online banking.
2.3. By making the payment, the Buyer confirms that the order corresponds to their choice.
2.4. The distance contract (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) between the Buyer and the LNMH shall enter into force when the Buyer: . 2.4.1.selects the goods or tickets;
2.4.2.enters the necessary data;
2.4.3.makes the payment;
2.4.4.receives confirmation or a ticket by e-mail.
2.5. The Buyer has the option to save a copy of the Agreement electronically or print it out before confirming the purchase.

3. Offered tickets and items

3.1. The Online Store offers the following goods:
3.1.1. LNMH admission and exhibition tickets (dated);
3.1.2. Tickets to events, classes, and tours organized by the LNMH (dated); 3.1.3. Souvenirs and LNMH-themed items;
3.1.4. Books and other publications related to LNMH exhibitions.
3.2. The price of each item and other relevant information is available on the item's page in the Online Store.
3.3. Tickets are valid for one-time entry only, unless otherwise specified.

4. Prices and payments

4.1. The prices of goods and tickets include all taxes.
4.2. Any additional charges, such as delivery fees, are clearly indicated before the purchase is confirmed.
4.3. Payment is considered to have been made when the bank has approved it.

5. Ticket receiving

5.1. Tickets will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer no later than 1 (one) hour after confirmation of purchase.
5.2. For registered users, tickets are available in the "My Purchases" section after authentication.
5.3. Purchased souvenirs and books can be collected at LNMH, Pils laukums 3, Riga, at the time specified in the confirmation e-mail.
5.4. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct details and e-mail address.

6. Discounts

6.1. Discounts on tickets are valid only in conjunction with a document confirming status.
6.2. If a discount applies to an admission ticket but the document justifying the discount is not presented, the LNMH may refuse admission to the event or exhibition.

7. Cancellation and returns

7.1. The right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets to the LNMH and tickets to other events, classes, and guided-tours organized by the LNMH, except in the event of cancellation or re-scheduling of the event.
7.2. The Buyer has a 14 (fourteen) day right of withdrawal for souvenirs and books after receiving the goods, provided that the goods are not damaged.
7.3. Refund period: 14 (fourteen) days from the date of notification of cancellation or receipt of the goods. The refund will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase.

8. Buyers liability

8.1. Provide accurate information (first name, last name, e-mail address, etc.).
8.2. Comply with the LNMH Terms of Visit, which are available here: https://lnvm.gov.lv/en/terms-of-visit/

9. Sellers liability

9.1. LNMH reserves the right to cancel a purchase in case of suspected fraud.
9.2. LNMH is not responsible for technical problems on the Buyer's side or incorrectly entered data.

10. Privacy policy

10.2. Data protection specialist contacts: das@lnvm.gov.lv, +371 67220586. 10.3. Data is processed in order to conclude a ticket or goods purchase agreement and ensure its fulfillment.
10.4. Basis for processing: performance of the Agreement, Buyer's consent, compliance with regulatory enactments, legitimate interests of the LNMH. 10.5. Data processed: name, surname, e-mail, IP address, telephone number, message content, etc.
10.6. Data is not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area, or to international organizations.
10.7. Data is deleted within 3 (three) months after the purpose of data processing has ended, except in cases where there is a legal obligation to retain the data.
10.8. The Buyer has the right to access the data, request corrections, deletion, processing restrictions, or object to processing.
10.9. The Buyer may submit a complaint to the Data State Inspectorate.

11. Problem solving

11.1. Disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiations or, at the Buyer's discretion, by contacting the Consumer Rights Protection Centre.
11.2. If no agreement can be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be settled in court in accordance with the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia.
